Frames arrived with scratches on one of the arms - I didn’t bother returning as it’s only something I can notice when wearing… annoying to buy brand new $515 glasses to arrive a bit scratched though. Lenses work for me and I like them.
I thought it may be risky trying to order progressives online but I am very satisfied with the result! The Smartbuy online ordering system made it easy to submit: I ordered a pair of progressive lens designer frame glasses PLUS a pair of transition + progressive prescription designer sunglasses, and I am v happy with both…especially given it is the first time I have ever worn progressives! It was expensive (but almost half price compared to a retail eyewear store), so quite risky if didn’t work out, but it did and I love them.
