Ive been trying to get in contact with them because i really am interested in installing this head unit into my 2013 Infiniti g37, but i requested to see the instruction manual before i order so i can see the complexity of the install, but have been radio silent since ive asked. I cant trust buing a head unit for $845 and not be able to get a simple installation manual for it before hand.

I ordered a headunit for Toyota LC100 2006. Everything went well until I got the unit and started to fit it in the car. Unfortunately the frame was missing two pins that did not match with the interface on the dashboard. Additionally, on the site of the seller the main control buttons should appear independently what the screens shows. On the unit I got those were never there.. When I claimed to the seller, they refused to receive the unit back and to reimburse me. Very disappointing !
Mediocre but not the worst company out there ..customer service is not the greatest along with the product but if something is wrong you can send it back and within 2 month you get a refund ... I personally wouldnt purchase again but it's also you get what you pay for ....

Bought two head units and was promised plug and play installation and step by step support. Two vehicles exactly the same, 1st head unit got working after 3 month and with replacement wires sent. 2nd car 2 set of wires had to be sent before got it working. Cameras in both cars had to be fixed by electrician in Ireland. Very poor customer support. Buy local if possible.

I bought the infotainment console from Smarty Trend for my Porsche Cayenne 2011. The products worked perfectly and the features that is most useful to me which is Apple CarPlay worked perfectly. The unit is simple plug and play because everything has been pre-engineered both hardware and software. The product really completely upgraded a 10 year old car to the modern era. The online help is also very useful.Excellent product !!Highly recommended for anyone with old Porsche Cayenne .
