I received the shampoo within a reasonable time period. The site was easy to use and place an order. The only criticism I have of the product is that it pours out quickly rather than having a stopper in the bottle. I ended up using more shampoo than necessary. I have tipped the contents into my old bottle which has a flip top lid with a hole making it easier to control the amount I use. The shampoo itself is lovely and lathers well smells nice. My Vizsla is clean and is coat is soft
