On 31/08/2025 I have ordered dress from Smith Fashion with confidence that if it's not suitable for me I will be able to return free of charge, as their website says. The dress arrived on 19/09/2025. I noticed the this is not the dress I ordered, badly cut and made of cheap polyester. No label attached as you expect with new items. I contacted customer service via email and explained reasons why I am not happy with the dress asking for return postage label. Got reply with an apology and warning that the return process will be expensive for me and lenghty but if I wish, the company will offer me 35% discount. I didn't agreed and still asked for return label. The next response I got with offer of 50% discount for the dress. I replied with attached screenshot of their website showing that Smith Fashion provides 30 days free of charge refund. Since that time I haven't heard back from them. In total, I have sent them 7 emails and made few phone calls but received no response. I agree with other customers who left feedback for Smith Fashion, they are dishonest scammers!. Avoid them at any cost! They should not be able to trade.
Would give 0 if possible - SCAM COMPANY. Ordered an £80 bridesmaid dress from it to come from China and very very poor quality. Only way to get a refund was to contact them via email, after 6 attempts no response, the phone number provided does not exist. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!! In response to your response Smith Fashion, you have asked for me to contact directly yet your phone number does not exist.
