Ordered a dress and never received it

Ordered a dress and never received it. Tried to contact multiple times, emailing, calling and using online chat. Had to claim the money back through my bank after a month of trying to go direct to them! Would never order again.

I ordered a dress back in August - did not arrive

I ordered a dress back in August. It has not arrived. I've been told it was lost in transit and that I will receive a refund. The refund has not materialsied and my emails are not being answered any more.15.12.25 I have already taken all the steps mentioned in Smith Fashion's response and have received no refund.
