I ordered a sweater from the company, which was advertised as being made of wool on their website. It cost me around 40 GBP. However, upon receiving it, I was shocked to find the tag stating it was made of 100% polyester and produced in China. The quality is extremely low, making it unwearable even at home. I attempted to arrange a return via email but received no response for a week, and the phone number listed on their site was inactive. After escalating the issue through a payment platform, they finally replied to my second email. They admitted the error was theirs but insisted I cover the return shipping costs, providing an address in China for the return. This will incur additional customs fees, amounting to at least 15-35 GBP. Overall, I feel scammed; the product took 3-4 weeks to arrive and looks nothing like what was shown online. I strongly advise against purchasing from them.
I ordered a coat that was supposed to arrive in 10-15 days. I purchased it on the 25th of November and emailed the company after 15 days to check on my order. They said it was still at the warehouse. I ordered a checked wool overcoat in brown, and it looks very elegant. The fabric is soft and keeps me warm during my morning commute. I wish the pockets were slightly larger, but everything else is perfect. I've been wearing it all the time.
Do NOT order from this seller. The sizes and quality are not trustworthy. I ordered a large, which I wear in all my other overcoats. It took nearly a month to arrive, and I couldn't fit my arms through the sleeves. I wanted a refund since it looks nothing like the photos, but they only offered a new size for £9.99. I had a tailor measure me and sent them the sizes and a photo. I've received no response to multiple emails.
