The website is really well set out, so made ordering simple. I ordered the anti snore mouth guard and the nasal strips. My package arrived quickly, within the stated time and was neatly packaged with no damage. The products came in boxes, that had a plastic wrap round them, so I knew nobody could have touched my products. I have yet to try the nasal strips, but I have looked at them and their instructions are simple with the product being easy to use. The mouth guard also came with simple instructions which were easy to follow and I have used it two night now and have been told my snoring has stopped!. At first the mouth guard felt strange in my mouth, but you soon get used to it and you mould it to the shape of your mouth beforehand.
