I have been using the Snooze Therapy sleep patches for a month now and they are really helping. I find it help to stop thoughts going round in my head so I can get back to sleep more easily

Good buy

I bought a couple blankets for both myself and my son. My intent was to assist with our sleep, however mine ended being used by my 10 year old daughter who struggles to settle at night. This thing worked wonders on her and she's out like a light. Still to see any changes with my son but seems to be good overall.
