The delivery was quick, and the packaging was thoughtful without excess materials. Although I haven't tried the earplugs yet, I appreciate the variety of sizes available, starting from a very small option. Other brands were too large and uncomfortable for my small ears.

Challenges with returning a product despite guarantee

After purchasing the calming sleep aid under a 30-day guarantee, I was told I had to pay for return postage when it didn’t work for me. They offered a 20% discount to keep it instead! The company has great products (like the weighted blanket), but this one is disappointing. I'm feeling quite frustrated, especially as I'm dealing with the flu.
