Very good experience overall. I was just concerned about a delivery date which I thought I could track. This may be because I live in the United States. I bought this as a surprise for my daughter who is expecting her first baby in July. She was over the moon and after watching the video she couldn’t believe how helpful it was going to be. The material was very soft and the pattern was perfect. I just wish this was around when I’d had my girls.
