Avoid this seller. They supply counterfeit or incorrect-spec items—usually a much cheaper version made to look identical. Refunds are practically impossible, and customer enquiries are deliberately closed by auto-marking them as “solved” after sending a generic delivery update.
I ordered a hair product and realised within 3 minutes that it was fake. I requested cancellation more than 10 times, but the only option available was a button labelled “Problem Solved”—there was no way to submit a cancellation.
A day later, I received an email saying the item would be delivered two MONTH later, as it was being shipped from China.
Terrible customer service.

Due to this inaccurate listing, I had to return the item and incurred return shipping costs. Customer support has repeatedly failed to address my specific concern, instead offering generic responses and ignoring my request for reimbursement. As of now, my issue remains unresolved. I would advise potential buyers to be cautious when purchasing, especially if product compatibility is crucial. The platform has not shown any willingness to take responsibility for the costs that arise from seller misrepresentation. Additionally, their responses to reviews seem automated and lack genuine follow-up to help resolve any issues.
I purchased a Christmas jumper and a gold ring from the service. The jumper featured a ‘Stranger Things’ design that I couldn’t find anywhere else and was priced around €30 or less. Although it arrived a bit late, considering it was during the holiday season, the service issued a refund when I pointed out the delay. I received the item about a week later and was quite pleased with the jumper; it’s cool and distinctive. The quality of the material was much better than I anticipated. As for the gold ring, I was a bit anxious about that purchase. I spent €600 on it and had to pay customs fees since it came from abroad (I completely overlooked those charges). Consequently, it arrived a day after the expected delivery date. This ring is available on a couple of other platforms for nearly double the price. It’s a genuine 9k gold college ring with outstanding quality and craftsmanship. I’m thrilled with it. Overall, I can wholeheartedly endorse the service; just keep in mind that delivery times can be lengthy. Aside from that, it’s an excellent e-commerce platform.
I ordered a holiday gift from a local company that ships internationally. I received no updates during the process. I ordered two weeks before the holiday, wanting to support local instead of a bigger platform. I regret that choice. I expressed my concerns via email and only got an automated response.
