Extremely delayed delivery

Extremely delayed delivery. Order placed on December 21st. Received an email indicating it was shipped on December 31st, but the shipping label wasn't created until January 6th. I emailed the company, who replied quickly but could not confirm the parcel was with the postal service until January 14th. Even accounting for bank holidays, it's been 15 working days since the order and I still haven't received it.

Strongly recommend against this service

I strongly recommend against using this service. I purchased 'in stock' contacts on December 22nd, but it’s now January 13th and I haven't received them. I got a tracking update on January 6th stating a label was created, but nothing has changed since. The support team has offered no help, simply blaming delays on tracking issues.

Avoid this company

Avoid this company. I ordered 'in stock' contacts on December 22nd, but they turned out to be 'not in stock'. It's now January 13th and I still haven't received them. I got a tracking update on January 6th stating a label was created, but no further updates since then. The support team has been unhelpful, simply blaming delays on the postal service.

Long shipping time and lack of communication

The website stated '4-5 days delivery', but my order allegedly wasn't shipped until after that. The tracking information has been stuck on 'processing' ever since, and it isn't available through any courier site or the postal service. After inquiring, I was told the lenses were shipped 5 days post-order, but it took an additional 7 days for the shipping information to reach the postal service. So, while the website claims 4-5 days delivery, it was actually 15 days before my order was sent. It will be 21 days by the time I receive it according to tracking.

Disappointed

Disappointed. I ordered my standard contacts, but received a lesser brand in a fake box with a sticker! This is unacceptable; I feel completely ripped off. AVOID THIS COMPANY!

Lost money - no shipment

No response from emails or customer service. They took my money, created a shipping label, but haven't delivered the item. I placed the order on November 12th, expecting a 4-5 business day delivery. It's now November 25th with no updates about my order. I fear I've lost my money.

Slow service and poor support

I placed an order and received an email within a day stating that a shipping label had been printed, but no updates since then. The website claims orders are received within 4-5 days, yet I've been waiting longer. There has been no response to emails, and phone calls go to a recorded message with no follow-up.

Delays and out of stock issues

The website states products will ship within '5-10 business days', but I was later informed it would be 3-4 weeks. Instead of apologizing for the delays, they shipped with standard 3-4 business days service. There has been zero support or concern from customer service.
