I’ve been a loyal Snuggs customer for years, and I genuinely say this without exaggeration: two things have completely changed my life – contact lenses and menstrual underwear. And yes, Snuggs is one of them.
I still don’t fully understand how they work so well, but ever since I started using them (10+ years ago!), my whole relationship with my period has changed. I used to see menstruation as something inconvenient, messy, and slightly shameful – something to hide and just “get through.” Now? I actually look forward to it. Not because of the cramps, obviously – but because I get to wear those beautiful, comfortable Snuggs panties that make me feel secure and confident.
They are incredibly reliable. I never worry about leaks, discomfort, or constantly checking whether everything is “okay.” I just put them on and live my life. They feel like normal underwear – soft, breathable, and honestly prettier than most regular pairs I own.
What surprised me the most is how much more comfortable my periods became overall. I experience fewer cramps, and I feel more connected to my body instead of fighting against it. My period no longer feels dirty or like something I need to hide. It feels natural.
Snuggs didn’t just replace pads or tampons for me – they changed my mindset. And after more than a decade of using menstrual underwear, I can confidently say: I’m never going back.

I have been using snuggs since 2020, when I discovered the period underwear. Snuggs was the first brand I tried and I fell deeply in love. I've only placed 2 orders since then, because they hardly loose their and are very resistent. During my period, I am only wearing snuggs every month and I am super happy!
They are comfortable, pleasant to wear, and their quality fully matches the price. I’ve had them for over two years and they’re still in great condition. It’s my favorite brand, and I trust it. Even though there may be other options of similar quality, I don’t want to take the risk — when it’s time to replace them (which will be soon), I will definitely buy these again.

Jsou pohodlné, příjemné a svou kvalitou plně odpovídají ceně. Mám je už více než dva roky a stále jsou ve skvělém stavu. Je to moje oblíbená značka, které důvěřuji. I když mohou existovat jiné stejně kvalitní varianty, nechci riskovat – až přijde čas na výměnu (a ten se už blíží), určitě si koupím znovu tyto.
I like the design, comfort and all of that bud i dont know what happend but i leaked, i dont have extra strong flow and i had 3/4 drops snuggs but i leaked, like a lot throught the snuggs like not around but right throught
Snuggs are my favourite tool for making my period more comfortable. I’ve been using their period underwear since their very first product. I remember it becoming really popular in the Czech Republic at a time when most people hadn’t even heard of the concept. I fell in love with it straight away.
I don’t have to buy any pads, and it’s so comfortable that I barely notice I’m on my period—apart from the cramps, but well… what can you do?
I recently bought a few new styles, and I love that you can choose almost any cut you’d normally wear in regular underwear. They even sell swimsuits now!
The only thing I’d mention is sizing. I’m usually an S, but some styles feel a bit tighter because of the material, so going for an M might be more comfortable. I’m hoping they’ll stretch slightly after a few uses.
Everything is great overall, but in my case it was difficult to choose the right size online. The size I ordered wasn’t a perfect fit, so I don’t wear it all the time. I’m not a very thin person, so it’s not always very comfortable for me.
I’d also like to mention that the ordering and delivery process was excellent, and the packaging was fantastic!
Terrible customer service. After two times of use the fabric tore apart. I tried in several ways to talk about this issue and find a solution. The only time I received an answer, was when I left a negative review online. They claimed they attempt to answer my e-mails but my inbox should be full. Fun fact: I receive promo e-mails by them all the time at the same address.. Still waiting for a solution…
The underwear is very comfortable to wear. I have already many pairs of the period underwear and I wouldn't try any other brand. The price matches the quality! Also very fast delivery and always nicely packed.
Everything's been excellent so far! I've had mine for nearly a full day and I feel fantastic. My flow is quite heavy, but it all stayed secure! I tested it at home as a precaution, but I will surely use it for daily activities like work or shopping.
