Stained Item and Poor Service

I bought this item as a gift for my pregnant wife, but it arrived stained. I was told to print a return label and wait in line at a shipping center to return the defective item. When I refused, they offered to charge me half the price for a gift! They also suggested arranging a pickup, but I’m still waiting to see how that goes.
