I ordered a shoulder bag and was initially worried about it arriving in time for an occasion. I reached out to the company, and a team member promptly responded, reassuring me that my order would arrive with a tracking link. They also followed up until it finally arrived, which was very helpful. I'm immensely grateful, thank you!
The clothing item I received was poorly made and felt cheap. When I requested a refund, their response was a generic automated reply asking for photos. I tried to reply with the photos, but my emails bounced back as undeliverable, suggesting they block addresses after complaints.
The product is not worth the £40 I paid; the metal components on my bag are subpar and do not match the photos on the website. Additionally, my order took longer than 8 days, arriving in 14 days, and only after emailing the company twice did they update my shipping status. I'm hesitant to return it, as others have mentioned high return fees, but I don’t want to keep the bag either. The only positive is that the leather or faux leather is decent.
I placed an order based off their shipping information on their website. Tracking has said in transit for 8 days. Every customer service response is the same response. I would have never ordered this product if I knew it would never arrive in time. Very frustrating!
I bought 3 Lucia woven hand bag , green, brown and black. My first purchase was above my expectations so that’s why I decided to order another 2 hand bags. Takes around 12 days to deliver to UK, quality is so good, each handbag came with a different packaging : 1st (green) well protected and packaging with the logo (pink bag) , 2nd brown well protected and white packaging bag and 3rd black well protected, own dust bag and white packaging bag. I wish all my bag s had the dust bag.So far I’ll still recommend 100% good quality and good price. Everyone compliments my bags for their quality and colors. I’m so happy with my purchase
Soera eventually resolved the delivery issue and refunded part of the money, which I appreciate. However, the delay caused inconvenience, especially since I had to buy another gift for Christmas. Customer service did step in and handled it in the end, but the situation was still frustrating. Hopefully future deliveries will be smoother.
