My experience with soera.com has been extremely negative.The items I received were poor quality and clearly did not correspond to the photos on the website. The appearance, materials, and overall workmanship were far below what was advertised. In my opinion, the product presentation is misleading.I returned the order as instructed. The return address turned out to be in China, and the return shipping alone cost me around 10% of the total order value. Even after sending the items back and providing clear proof of return (receipt and tracking number), no refund has been issued.Instead of refunding the money, the company keeps delaying the process, sending repetitive responses and asking for information that was already provided multiple times. This feels like a deliberate attempt to drag out the process and discourage customers from pursuing their refund.Based on this experience, I strongly advise against buying anything from this store. Low-quality products, misleading photos, expensive international returns, and serious problems getting your money back.
