DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!! Took 5 weeks to arrive, will not accept return, poor quality. The return address is not correct, there is a UK address on the parcel to send returns but they then ask you to send it to CHINA at your cost??!!!!! when they reply to emails, they ask the same questions, again and again, feel totally ripped off - terrible customer service. They promise to resolve but don't. DO NOT BUY!!
I ordered two coats for my daughter from Xmas wish list , I didn’t check out sellers first unfortunately. Costs arrived absolutely terrible material the sizing was bad small bigger than the large when I asked for refund I was basically put off by saying it could cost loads with charges from customs and shipping and then offered 105% off another order keeping original everything on their site looks poor and overpriced overall very poor customer service stay well away!
I purchased a coat from the SOERA website and only after did I check for company reviews (rookie mistake). My heart dropped when I saw the reviews on here so my hopes weren't very high. It took 3 weeks for my coat to arrive. I paid £70 and had used a discount code to get that price. In all honesty, the coats not awful. However it is definitely not a coat worth £70.00. You can tell the material is cheap and there is no detail to the coat. Pockets don't fasten, and the material that sits over the zip would normally have buttons but this coat doesn't which makes it look messy. If I had paid less for the item I wouldn't have been disappointed but on reflection I could have spent my money somewhere like Zara for the same price and got a much better quality item.
Avoid. No clear mention of goods from China and finer details of returns policy. Supplied me with 2 coats that are completely untrue to listing and reviews they post publicly. Parcel states a return to London address however once return is raised customer required to pay £50 to return to China. Completely wrong and unfair.
The Reese Coat in black was a look a like (Ducie sheepskin fur coat) however what I wanted does not match at all. This is a complete scam, I would report them immediately, I have received a full refund waited nearly a month. The experience has been terrible. I wouldn’t rate them one star if I could, they are charging customers €139.00 reduced down to €89.00 wouldn’t even pay that much for the coat I received it’s something you’d buy in market if I could show photos I would!! People be aware this company they lied to me about been based in Germany Spain and Portugal when it’s actually from china. Report report report. !!!! Brand label wild thing 69 when it should be soera XL measurements completely off, for that over sized fit, colour and faux fur texture is disgraceful, short hair looks like it shrunk in the washing machine honestly please do not waste your money on them if more customers can report this brand this is absolutely false ratings on there website and TikTok and instagram, please understand my review & proceed with caution. I saw a jacket that I wanted, so I read the reviews on Soera before purchasing. I saw that some of the reviews were quite negative, so I contacted customer service to ask if I would be getting the same jacket advertised, etc. Within minutes Erika messaged me back and confirmed that the jacket on the website is the jacket I would be receiving. Unfortunately, I was sent the wrong jacket in error, but Erika rectified it after investigating. I would definitely recommend this site. If you encounter any problems, the customer service team will rectify it immediately.
