After a bad experience with a previous provider, I initially had a good feeling about Softload. They advertise under the name of a 1-year Adobe Creative Cloud package with a license code. However, after purchase, this turned out not to be the case. Instead of receiving a personal license code for your own Adobe account, you are placed within an organization account.I had previously had a negative experience with this setup, but I was willing to accept it as long as the service they offered worked properly. Unfortunately, nothing could be further from the truth. For the second time in a short period, I have been removed from the organization. As a result, I am unable to access my programs for several hours, and sometimes even several days.As a small self-employed entrepreneur, this is extremely frustrating. Deadlines cannot be met, and the uncertainty about when access will be restored makes it nearly impossible to work effectively. It is unacceptable that they guarantee a full year of trouble-free use but then fail to deliver on that promise.
