Windows 10 pro license not working.

I bought license for Windows 10 Retail and it did not work properly. After contacting microsoft i lerned that that license key is blocked. It should never be sold to home user. I contacted softload, the do not care, they claim they give 1 mont of warranty and 1 activation wchich is not the case if you buy retail key.
