Booking the service was very straightforward. This aspect gets 10/10. I was contacted on the morning of the service to confirm the booking and also that engineer was en route. This aspect was great. Engineer arrived on time. Again 10/10. He was friendly. There was only one aspect. It was a bit unnerving but of no lasting significance. I am not detailing this but if the company wishes to enquire I am happy to relate.
