Every item I've received has been absolutely beautiful! It's become nearly all I wear now. I love their dresses (especially the one in the Darcy style!) and all their skirts. The new petticoat with the ruffled neckline has quickly become a favorite. I'm particularly fond of their Navy Blue and Marsala Red fabrics — essential in nearly every style in my closet. I definitely desire more than I can afford, but they are worth the planning and investment. The quality is excellent, customer service is great, and the pre-loved sales are wonderful. I'm extremely satisfied! Thank you to the team!

There appears to be a problem with inconsistent sizing. The waistband size for the Classic Skirt has decreased twice over the years. Initially, I was an XS, then it reduced by 2 inches. Now I'm a size S, which has again reduced by 2 inches, so I need a size M to achieve the same waist measurement. This has occurred over about three years. Additionally, the company does not cover return shipping, even in such cases. According to their size chart, my waist measurement should fit size S, but the recent size S I received has a 26-inch waist unstretched, while a previous skirt in size S had a 28-inch waist. I was informed that the discrepancy is due to 'finishing' after sewing, resulting in some garments shrinking more than others, which I find unacceptable. Returning from Canada to Lithuania is also costly. I feel that the company downplays the issue by referring to it as 'slight discrepancies.' A 2-inch difference is significant, not slight.
The quality is excellent and the dresses are lovely. I've ordered three times this year already. After several washes, the color remains vibrant. Orders usually arrive quickly (I'm located within the EU), though I hope for more delivery options soon, as the current service hasn't been great. Overall, definitely worth the price!
