Received two jackets of the same size, but one didn't fit.

I purchased two jackets in the same size, but one fit while the other didn't. It's incredibly difficult to get assistance after the purchase. I need to exchange my jacket before the 30-day period ends, but there's no way to do so. Caution to potential buyers.

Time line wasn’t spectacular

I ordered one of these and it got lost in shipping so I had wait over a month by the time they got a new one ordered and sent. It was inconvenient and I wanted it for a certain event and starting to get too cold outside to wear it as a jacket by the time it arrived. They wouldn’t issue a refund or discount for the inconvenience. They also do not have a phone number to call, only email which I thought was a little strange

The item was too tight

The item was too tight. Instead reyurning it they offered a partial refund. That worked for me. Then i didnt have ship it back.
