horrible service! they didn´t pick up my packet payed already. no possibility to call anywhere, no phone numbers on the pages. they had mine, noone called. they had also email, noone get to me. after 15 days of solving it out they said, that there is no possibility to get my money back. have lost euros 52 with them. beware packlink!
Worst of the worst. They did charge me additional fees that I did not ever and ever authorized,as I indicated multiple times in my emails strictly that “I Do Not Authorize Any Additional Charges!!!”they still charged my card because of the refusal of the shipment-which was not my fault but the receiving company’s. Its unlawful. Dont ever use their service.

They made several delivery attempts without notification, and the shipment was nearly returned. When the boxes finally arrived, there was no mention of additional fees; the adjustment email came a day later, making it impossible to verify anything, and they deducted directly from my bank account. The adjustment was based on actual versus volumetric weight. The company never clarified the volumetric weight policies, photo requirements, or that they could charge my account without confirmation. An entirely stressful and mismanaged experience. I will not use this service again.
I had a horrible experience. I’ve been trying to get an update from both the service and the courier for over three weeks. They initially told me the package would be delivered by the end of the day, then claimed it was lost, and finally said it was being returned. Their customer service was ineffective; they could only forward my inquiry to the courier, which I could have done myself.
We used this service to ship 17 boxes during our move, based on a friend's recommendation. Unfortunately, the entire experience was frustrating from start to finish. We had to print all the labels ourselves, which was not ideal during a move without access to a printer. The phone numbers on the labels were incorrect. When we contacted support, they assured us everything was fine, but it wasn't. After a week of waiting for our boxes, the shipping company tried to deliver but couldn't reach us due to the wrong phone number. They had been trying to get the correct number from the company for a week, just like we had. Eventually, we managed to contact the delivery company directly and finally received our boxes. Even they advised us against using this service, stating that when issues arise, the support is unreachable and unhelpful. I completely agree and will follow their advice.

I paid a high price for shipping from Spain to the Netherlands because I needed the package in two days, but they only picked it up four days later! I couldn't contact them; there was no phone number and no response. It's not true that they are cheaper; there are reliable options available for the same price.
If you choose this service, hope everything goes smoothly. If a package is damaged or lost, be ready for absurd requests: photos, the year of manufacture of the item you shipped, along with technical specs and purchase invoices dated within 60 days. Even after providing all requested documentation, including a police report, they refused to refund the insured amount. I asked for clarification, but they haven’t responded to my inquiry in days. Given that my documentation was complete, I suspect they will keep the refund they receive. Truly shameful.
