Willwork is an amazing company with beautiful jewelry and amazing customer service. I made a mistake while ordering a necklace and asked if there was a way they could change something and they responded within 24 hours and happily fixed my error. Will definitely be buying from this company again.
I am in love with my ring! It’s beautiful, and exactly as described. I went with the 14k yellow gold with a lavender amethyst center stone and moss agate accent stones. The ring is even prettier in person. I was concerned the leaves on the ring would get caught on every thing, but it doesn’t. The only item it catches on are my really fuzzy/poofy blankets. I have no issues wearing it when I shower and wash my hair. I decided to size up and ordered a size 6 instead of a 5.5. I was concerned if I ever got pregnant (27f) or gained weight I would have to resize the ring. I also have a fear of rings getting suck and panics when it happens. I ordered some spiral ring sizers. I highly recommend this ring!
This ring is exactly what you think it is and you will not be disappointed :) not to mention the support and love to worried or anxious DM’s about the surprise arriving on time! Spoilers, it was a hit. Very well packaged, lovely people, and perfect jewelry! I’m so glad this is her ring and it will be in our family for years to come.
I ordered a 14k white gold ring from this website, the ring that arrived clearly stamped on the band that it is a 10k white gold ring. In addition the side pear shaped stones are significantly smaller than what is advertised, and are cloudy. I attempted to leave a review on their website but it was immediately taken down.
The seller sells the exact rings on their website on Etsy for a tenth of the price listed on their website. They claim it is handmade when in fact they sold tens of thousands on Etsy alone which is impossible for a jeweller to make themselves I ordered from their website and it costed me $1442 when it is listed on Etsy for $137.6And they did not even deliver the ring itself
Deceptive… We purchased an Alexandrite Bridal Set for my sons soon to be fiance. It is 14k rose gold and the "set” was pictured with both engagement ring and wedding band. However, when it arrived it was only the ring. The ring is beautiful but we ordered and paid for the "Bridal Set”! When I contacted them they said sorry that it was misleading but set was actually just the Engagement ring. So, before I lost it I wanted to just calm down and maybe just let it go and buy a different band. Then the other day I got an email asking for my review on the "Bridal Set” I received and that was it. I went back onto the site to email them again and they all of a sudden raised the price of the "Bridal set” by another $400 or so because they realized they screwed up. What I believe they should do is make it right and send us the band like we bought! Of course they have not answered my email so my next step is the BBB if they do not fix this situation. Clearly the "set” now includes the band because they changed the price from what we paid and added the price of the band. However, not our fault that they mislead us and screwed up on their end!
