I have watched and l am learning how to diagnose problems by watching his very helpful guides on youtube. I booked a job in for him to give me some idea whether these two could be repaired.Thinking he might cannibalize one to fix the other, but instead he repaired both for a VERY reasonable charge and returned them in a couple of days.A very BIG thank you from me.

Brilliant service and excellent communication. My local shop had the laptop for a week before admitting they couldn't find the schematics and refused to even try a diagnosis. Turns out the motherboard had 2 seperate components blown but Sorin found and fixed them both and returned the laptop within a few days.
