Sorin is a widely respected expert in laptop repair. His enormous catalogue of repair videos on Youtube speaks for itself. (My laptop is repaired in the video titled "Fixing laptops with schematic, well, .... :D").The repair was handled quickly and I'm delighted to have my laptop back and working perfectly again.One thing that perhaps he could state more clearly is that the return postage cost is added on top of the agreed fee. I assumed that would be the case, but it would be better to state it explicitly.
Grateful for having solved the laptop issue. Based on seeing this particular laptop model being serviced during warranty by the producer's authorized service, I don't know if there are any other people being able/willing to fix it post warranty. So overall really happy with the experience and the result and I recommend it.
Although Sorin was unable to fix my problem, he was upfront with costs, delivery and also with the problem. Throughout the whole he was communicative and also patient. Seems like a geuniely nice guy and appreciated his attempt to fix my problem. Albeit it did not work. Would however be happy to go to him again in the future.
I run a computer and phone repair shop myself in Surrey. Any machine I think might be too difficult for me to take on Sorin will repair for sure. With over 500K subscribers on his YouTube channel he can be trusted. Highly recommended.
