I just received my new styler, and as someone who struggles with hair tools, I found it incredibly easy to use. It's fantastic that I can switch between attachments on the same handheld unit. I've received compliments on my hair, so I have to thank the brand! It's also a great price for a versatile tool and is very lightweight.
I ordered the Multistyler Pro as a gift, so I'm unsure how it works. Delivery was quite slow. I then ordered the Premium Leather Case for it, which arrived faster but was damaged and wouldn't close properly. The lid didn't fit the bottom. They provided a small 10% refund, which feels inadequate for an unusable item. This was also intended as a gift, and now I'm left unable to give it and out of pocket.
