Sounds Heavenly First Class Service

Sounds Heavenly provided me with a new replacement cable to connect my Beomaster 7000 to my Beovision 11 TV.Steve offered excellent advise and within a few days my system was up and running again.Thank you Sounds Heavenly.

Beocentre 2000 5 Din to RCA

The Bang & Olufsen flagship store in London where very quick to point me to Steve at Sounds Heavenly after I enquired about a specific Din to RCA cable and Steve did not disappoint! His response time was amazingly swift and something I'm not used to in this day and age. He went above and beyond to help, asking for all the specifics of my system to allow him to provide an accurate recommendation of what to purchase to complete my vision of modernising my beloved Beocentre 2000! 10/10!

First class service!

I wanted to put together an audio set-up combining B&O and non-B&O components, and Steve replied within minutes to answer my query about connecting the components. I ordered the cable he suggested, it arrived within 48 hours, and the system is now set up and sounding fantastic.

Absolutely amazing I’m not surprised…

Absolutely amazing I’m not surprised that Steve is an ambassador for B&O. The Service and reliability was absolutely amazing - Also I have had a power supply issue with one of x 4 beolab 3 speakers and sounds heavenly have given me a link - which I am eternally grateful for in fact watching his videos has also turned me into a B&O fanatic.The cables are wonderful very sensibly priced and have overcome so many problems. Connecting audio…

I had a few problems connecting audio equipment.At a specialized dealer they said that what I wanted was not possible and that I had to buy extra speakers, which I found quite strange.Steve from Sounds Heavenly assured me that it was possible via a Masterlink cable, provided my audio equipment met certain requirements.After purchasing the cable from S.H. and having connected and following the instructions I received from Steve, I can now listen to my music on my existing system.In short: Sounds Heavenly is highly recommended.Thanks Steve

Steve was fantastic

Steve was fantastic: he responded on a Saturday to an email plea for help in sourcing some replacement B&O cables for my sister who lives in Turkey and is gravely ill. He helped me select the appropriate products for my sister’s BeoSound 9000 system and posted them to me quickly. They arrived on Tuesday so I could take them with me on my next visit. My sister is delighted that she will be able to enjoy her classical music CDs once again on her beloved iconic B&O system. Steve could not have been more responsive, kind, knowledgeable or helpful.
