Steve is a fountain of knowledge when it comes to B&O products. The cable i purchased arrived swiftly in the post. He not only answered my emails promptly, but guided me through connecting the cables. Nothing was too much trouble for him. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase further items from Steve again. The whole experience was flawless.
Steve is the absolute oracle of B&O! He very patiently guided me through setting up my level when I moved and supplied me (very promptly) with cabling for my other b&o sound system so I could play it through the level without the extra expense of additional speakers.
