Slightly tricky problem connecting a new, cheapo amp to a pair of Beolab 3 speakers. Excellently and patiently managed by Steve, attention to detail and excellent service for a relatively small deal. Cannot recommend highly enough, totally service oriented and a pleasure to deal with. Order placed on Sunday, consigned on Monday, delivered on Tuesday to remote-ish Wales. 10/10.
Bought a pair of Beolab 1 second hand. I missed the bass of my Penta’s. Then I saw the review of Steve and his explanation and tips of the Beolab 1. I met Steve's page for his YouTube videos and his passion for Bang & Olufsen, which in addition, his passion and affection for Bang & Olufsen demonstrates it by creating very high quality cables that work perfectly and his advice and knowledge are highly recommended. The shipment to Spain was very fast (since I bought the cable and received it at my house it was only 3 days) the communication has been excellent and fast, I recommend 100x100.add that: If you are not clear with something, Steve's knowledge and advice are highly recommended and accurate and clarifies any doubts.
Following initial enquiry; immediate advice received re cable i would need along with link to purchase. Very easy to order and pay. Arrived 2 days later. As s result, B&O turntable now playing through vintage Japanese amplifier. Very chuffed.An absolute pleasure doing business with Sounds Heavenly.Thankyou
Steve was very helpful and new exactly what cables and pre amp I needed to connect my turntable to my B&O system, he even supplied instructions on how to connect the cables.Ican highly recommend Sounds Heavenly and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again
Heard about Sounds Heavenly from a comment/recommendation on TikTok. I emailed Steve and he gave me all the advice and recommended the lead I would need.Ordered the lead, arrived on time, quality product and does exactly what Steve said it would do. I now have an old B&O playing Amazon Music on request and it sounds fantastic! Would highly recommend Sounds Heavily, great service and products. 👍
