I strongly advise against buying from this retailer, particularly during sales events! On November 26, I placed and paid for an order for a multistylist on their website and waited 9 days for it to be delivered to their store for pickup. Today, I received a notification saying my order had been cancelled due to it being out of stock! Yet, for the entire 9 days, and even now, this item is still listed as available on their site, stating it can be picked up tomorrow. Why was I left waiting for so long only to have my order cancelled? This situation is utterly chaotic and unprofessional! I just hope I get my money back!
