The staff were really helpful Gary in particular went out of his way to help me. Was only in the area for a couple of days so will probably never go back; I just wanted the staff to know I appreciated their efforts.

I use south coast systems daily via the brilliant dimension pro, whenever I have a problem or a question the team are allways informative and helpful. In the run up to Christmas week one of my scales broke down… Paul and the team at SCS had me a replacement delivered the very next day!! Upon loading the scale up the team had already pre loaded all my software and talked us through the final set up with ease!!Would 100% recommend!
SCS have supported us with our new Avery Scales, with setting up Dimension Pro which allows us to be able to quickly change prices, print labels, keep up to date with Natasha Law, set up customer savings / Christmas club schemes. Also, the software allows cooking instructions and lots of other helpful bits which enables us to serve more quickly and offer a great service.We have had nothing but the best customer service from their team through-out the training and beyond. Now going forward we can link our website through Dimension with the expert help from Andy Wood at Purple Web Creative who works along side SCS and, to be honest I can't fault the professionalism and support Andy has given us this past couple of months.Would highly recommend using SCS & Purple Web Creative for any Butchers / Farm Shop etc as they are all AMAZING!
