Very happy so far! I haven't received my product yet as it's on backorder, but I am so impressed with the experience so far! As a career sales professional, I have a VERY high bar for thoughtful and diligent customer service. I was pleased with the level of usability and details on the website, along with positive comments about customer service. After placing an order, I saw why. The next morning, I had a very tailored, friendly email from a PERSON in customer service making sure I was aware of the backorder and offering multiple options if I didn't want to wait. This is in contrast to the black hole you get with most sites. I REALLY appreciate it and look forward to the product itself! It seems they have done some innovation in terms of offering versatile seating that's tailored for small spaces, which is just what I need.
Was very excited for my order, but the delivery was delayed twice and I still haven't received my couch yet. Ordered at the end of September, and was promised delivery by first week of October. Then it was pushed to a week later, and then two weeks later. The more it delays, the more I worry that it won't ever get delivered.
We are delighted with our Bamton armless sofa bed. Our expectations were high based on what we saw online, but the sofa turned out to be even better. It fits in our "spaze" (pardon me, space) perfectly. The wall-hugging feature is particularly cool. The firmness was a concern because we could not experience it beforehand, but it happened to be just right for us. The delivery was smooth and went as planned. The item arrived in pristine condition, and the installation was easy.
