I will NOT choose this product again. It completely washed off my fence and decorative well after just one rain. I strongly advise against it. I will be using a different brand from now on.

10-Year Warranty Honored

I purchased a digging fork about three years ago, choosing this brand over others due to the 10-year warranty. The wooden handle broke where it meets the tines. I emailed the company, not expecting much, as many companies make promises without following through. However, the representative was extremely helpful, requested photos of the damage, and two weeks later, a new fork (with a 15-year warranty) arrived at my doorstep! Now that’s service! Thank you!

Subpar Material Quality

I have always relied on the company for my gardening tools until I learned they use low-impact materials. While using my spade and fork, I leaned the spade against the greenhouse, and it fell onto the path, snapping the handle. I contacted them and was informed it was an accident and that they only use low-impact materials?

Disappointing Scarifier Experience

I bought a scarifier, and on the second use, all the tines broke off the cassette. I initially thought it was my fault since it was set low to remove lawn moss. I tried to buy a replacement cassette and was directed to a service provider. I purchased a replacement (the unit was less than 6 months old), but it was the wrong size and didn’t fit. After contacting them again, they sent me another, which also didn’t fit. I shared my experience with both the company and the service provider, but now both are ignoring my requests for help. Terrible after-sales service.

Frustrating Experience with Cordless Mower

I bought a cordless mower, and now that it’s out of warranty, I called for help because the battery is dead and useless. They no longer sell it, and it’s unavailable in my region. Now I have a useless mower. They want a report? The battery is dead… perhaps I should organize a post-mortem for it!
