Middlesbrough fab, Birmingham worst

Middlesbrough store was 5/5 but the Birmingham store was very unhelpful. Didn't check that the glasses had arrived broken , due to transit. And were very unhelpful. Forgot to even give a cloth to wipe the specs

More Training Required

Great start, poor finish. Went for my routine eye test. My prescription had changed so new lenses were required. The eye test part was smooth and very good. Then it came time to pick my lenses (the expensive part) and there was no one ( trained) available leaving me twiddling my thumbs. For the amount of money it costs for the lenses etc approx £400 I'd expect someone to be trained and ready. Better organisation is needed. All staff very pleasant and professional ( just not all trained). Next time I'll not wait and send my prescription off and do it online.
