Review Time
I picked up my glasses on the appointment time. The staff (manager) was so polite and take care of me & my glasses. I tried on and she did some adjustment for me. I felt comfortable. She said, if I got any problems, just feel free come back to do any adjustment etc. I feel assurance.
Easy to make an appointment on line but was late going in for my daughters appointment people coming in and going before us so had to ask what’s going on, but they did fit us in with someone else who couldn’t work the screen so she had to find someone to show her what to do this all took to long, she then kept asking us if we wanted to choose some new frames but I had already told her we had a doctors appointment and we were going to be late because of what had just happened. Listening to the customers might help We were late for the doctors appointment but thankfully they let us see the doctor after I explained about the opticians had made u Late. It’s important to try to be on time when people book appointments on their days off . I understand things can over run but when people come and go in front of you it can be upsetting.
