They suck to put it lightly. Their interface is terrible and their customer service reps admit it doesnt work right. Just spent the better part of the last 2 hours simply trying to format the description of an item on my strorefront and the platform simply cannot handle it. Every press of the keyboard creates HTML code behind the scenes that messes up everything and you cannot fix it. You have to find a way to code with HTML if you want to use this platform. Good luck with that. And then simple changes will be a nightmare because it has to be in code from then on.
