I like their suits - great fit, quality and price.However, worst customer service I've ever received. They treat you like you're a charity case or like you're unreasonably asking for something for free when you are a paying regular customer.Seinfeld's Soup Nazi episode comes to mind.They've lost my custom for intentional rudeness and hostility.I'd rather shop from another company that makes suits of the same quality for a higher price tag who treat their customers like they're valued than shop with S&M ever again.
