whats what wrong.
Once you were great
sittign waiting for this HP printer to pass all this extra security.. turns out its just easier to write it all. not as nice but hey it works unlike HP FAIL ...
All your products are trash. You charge me for a printing service every month, then update my computer only to have it not recognize the printer anymore after 5 years, also 5 years of fees, plus charging me per print if I go past my daily print limit, and now it just won't connect. Awesome. I hope your company goes bankrupt, you shills.
This company doesn't have any customer service. They pretend they do by giving a support telephone number but it's in a foreign country and the agents can't or won't help you. They just fob you off and keep repeating standard phrases they've been trained to use. I called them at least 15 times with no joy. At one point an agent told me to stop ringing them as I was holding up the process!!! They refuse to escalate the call to a manager saying they don't have the facility to do do. What utter rubbish - they're a tech company ffs! The post sales email address just doesn't respond. There are no other contact details to be found anywhere on their site or on the web. I have never felt so frustrated in my life to the point I nearly gave up.
I was trying to get a refund on a laptop that had been lost en route by DPD. In the end it took nearly 2 months for them to issue it and they only did that because I raised a case with PayPal. That is illegal according to trading standards in the UK.
If you're thinking of buying direct from this company, just DON'T! Please don't. They don't deserve your custom. They really couldn't care a fig about you.
I bought a HP Omnibook X Flip 14" recently with a Intel Ultra 7 256V for $800 off of HP's website. The laptop arrived with a broken hinge, so I assume it was broken during shipping. The laptop itself looked great, and worked great. It had a long battery life, and was able to do gaming decently well (R6 @ 144 fps on lowest settings 1080p, SoT @ 100fps on low/mid settings 1080p, and SH2 @ 40-60 fps on lowest settings 2k resolution). The only complaint was that the stylus scratches the laptop where it attaches magnetically.
After speaking to HP for 1hr 45mins on the phone, they finally gave me a shipping label to send the laptop in for a replacement. On 1/21, HP received my laptop (according to FedEx). HP told me that my replacement laptop would arrive by 2/10. On 2/10, HP changed the shipping date to 2/27. This was frustrating, since I don't have a laptop, so I opened a case basically asking when it will ship/where it is in the process. HP closed my case without giving me any response at all, and just marked it as resolved. This was extremely frustrating. I opened a second case, and HP finally responded. They told me that my estimated ship date was 2/27, and that the estimated delivery date is 2/10-2/19. They sent this email on 2/19. They also told me to "disregard the status of the computer's progress online". This is absurd. The laptop itself was pretty good, and I recommend buying HP laptops, but if you're going to buy one please do not buy through HP or their website. Use Bestbuy, Amazon, or Newegg. It's not worth the hassle of having to deal with HP's customer support.
I purchased an HP laptop in November 2025. When I registered my purchase with HP's online services to ensure that the one-year factory warranty was attached to my laptop, I could see that HP had an incorrect purchase date of June 2025, which meant my warranty would only last 7 months instead of 12 months. I then spent countless hours communicating with HP customer service staff by online chat, phone, and email, to attempt to get HP to correct the warranty date. It's now February 2026 and the issue still isn't resolved, 4 different case files with HP customer service. Every time, HP customer service asks me to send them my invoice for proof of purchase and a photo of the laptop's serial number and product number (on the back of the laptop), and I have sent those things. they ensure me that it will be sorted out within 10 business days, but they have yet to actually do what they said they would do. HP customer service is useless and a waste of time, and HP does not seem to stand behind its stated 1-year factory warranty.
My experience with HP printers and their Instant Ink service has been extremely frustrating.
The HP cartridges they sent me were not even compatible with their own printer, which meant I couldn’t print anything at all. This created ongoing problems and a lot of unnecessary stress. When I contacted customer support, I had to spend hours on the phone arguing and trying to prove that the issue was with their product — not something I did.
Additionally, there was uncertainty about whether they would even issue a refund for the month when I wasn’t able to print a single page because of their faulty cartridges.
Overall, this experience caused significant inconvenience, wasted time, and disappointment. I expected better reliability and customer support.
Once something goes wrong with printing and you ask for help (Like I did) you are given a representitive. The end result is, your drivers for the printer are bad, and you need a new printer (mine was just purchased under one years time) They will miraculously give you one FREE. All you need to do is sign up for insta ink or a paper count per month. I foolishly did. I have been locked into that account for 2 years. Now if I want to drop it altogether (every 2 years they send you a FREE printer, only if you sign the all in one plan) You owe $$ for that printer. YES, I had a perfectly good printer and was told that the drivers were bad (they werent)I still have that printer, and it works, but, HP will ask if it can get into your computer to fix the printer problem. Instead I believe they are causing the problems with your printer. I want out, and I am going to get out of this All In One scam this year. My computer only costs $120 and I paid $11.99 for 2 years. HP sent me ink ONCE. I bought all my paper and I also bought HP ink from the store that HP did not like me to do. I am done. Be careful.
Forced firmware updates on printer, no ability to change this to manual. Forcing proprietary ink at inflated costs.
HP probably providing half of the landfill products at present
What the hell???? HP, I thought you were quality + customer service but the BS when I purchased this printer - I HAVE to subscribe and pay you $ each month to use a printer that I just paid for?! I have been a LOYAL HP user but NO MORE! It is the principle at this point. This corporate greed will not be tolerated any longer.
Like Quickbooks - I used to be able to buy the CD and no worries - now they want as much a month as the 1 time cost back in the day. It's all immoral. I will no longer support HP and I'm sure that many others will follow. No NONSENSE is allowed in my life and HP has become nothing but nonsense with this greed. I cannot STAND IT! Your existence is deleted from my life. I do NOT need you any longer. This is the last thought of HP that I will EVER waste my time with!
I bought a laptop from the company 8 months ago, and it has been a complete disaster. The mouse pad malfunctions constantly, making the computer unusable. I have spent over 7 hours with the support team, and despite their efforts to reset the system and try various fixes, nothing has worked. They informed me that a replacement is not an option. Now, I will have to buy a new computer (not from this company) and will definitely not consider them again. I will also advise my friends and family to steer clear. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this company!
