I made an account and got a welcome bonus, after i deposited, the bonus vanished from my promotion. When i spoke with support, i was told i wasnt eligible to receive it. I was told that i could email support to find out why. Keep in mind i havent used this account yet. I was then told i couldn’t get the bonus since i spent my deposit already, and they would give me the bonus if i deposited again, really? Upon escalation, i was told that i wasn’t eligible to receive winning. (??) Terrible experience. I would not recommend using this site.
Update Dec. 3rd, my winnings were deposited this miring. I withdrew Nov. 21. I have not experience this before and only because of the reviews I was hopeful that I’d eventually would get it. Unfortunately, as much as I like the games and platform, I highly doubt I will play here again. I will add through all of my emails and chats, customer service still stayed very kind. I do think many of the emails scripted but I also think that most of it is out of their control.I’m new to this casino and to be honest I absolutely love the platform and the games. Withdrawals take literal weeks to process. Bonus terms are very restrictive and the customer support is so useless, it might not even exist in the first place. There are MUCH better alternatives out there to play at. Do not bother with Spinanga. I know the UI and design looks nice, but it's really not worth it loosing your money here.
