Review Time
I still can't log in, and my reward points are just sitting there, stuck. Every time I reach out to customer service, they promise to help, but nothing ever happens. Now I can't even make a simple purchase. I have been asking for help over and over, butt no one seems to care enough to fix it. Run a different path from this company, Everything changed using céntury 100 stacked contrary to what this offers. Advance solution, hassle free and good pay. It has been my best decision ever.
Overall, I've been very pleased. Product is great and setup was quick. Delivery took longer than expected but to their credit, they were polite, supportive, helpful when listening to my concerns about the delay. In the end, it was an upstream supplier that caused the issue and not them. I'd buy from them again.
Someone had created an account with some of my details. Concerned about identity theft, I asked about this, and support was rude instead of helpful and did not answer any questions or take down the account. They flagged my previous trustpilot review for defamation so I'm rewriting it because this is a true event. It would be safer if they at least required new accounts to be verified.
Customer service is attentive and follows back with you with detail on what's happening with your order but I personally don't like that fact that it took weeks for my package to finally get shipped. I do understand that most orders shuo within 3 business days, but at this point they should make it clear on what's the actual window to expect the package to be in shipment. 3-10 business possibly or more. Original review was 3 stars but after getting the issue solved with Albert everything worked out smoothly.
I got few issue with my miner compact A but finally it's the USB port the problem. I talk to customer service and they ship a new USB port for free. It was fast customer service excellent and always answer quickly. GOOD job to all the team Bitcoin Merch.
