I tried to redeem 200 sweeps coins. I get an email saying my card don't except "push to card" and I should try an ACH payment and that my credits have been credited back to my account. Funny cause I redeemed using my bank account and routing number. I logged in and my 200 credits hadn't been put back in my account so I messaged them asking hey where are my credits and I get told that I have two accounts which I had only created one and my winnings were forfeited and then get told we are no longer discussing this. Seems like somebody screwed me and got away with my winnings.
These guys have been launched for over half a year, boasting a built in, wager based % ‘affiliate’ (referral) program. I have over 1,000 invited players, and guess what - they haven’t credited me a dime! For months support has given the same exact copy/paste response about “fixing tier 1 bugs first but affiliate payouts are a top priority”. Nothing has changed for months. These crooks will hold out payouts until the industry dies to save a little chump change. It’s amazing what these new fly-by-night sweeps casinos think they can get away with. Bogus casino, way better places to play.
I've played on a few different sweeps sites and Spinquest is one of the only ones that didn't scare me into feeling like I was at risk of being scammed. They have a straightforward buy and redemption process for sweeps/dollars. They have a wide variety of games available (based on legal restrictions in the USA) and their custom table games with Iconic 21 provide the only quality bubble craps online that I've seen for sweeps.Now they have quite a few things in the pipeline that I was told will be delivered in the coming days/weeks(affiliate rake-back, VIP program, improved table game experience, etc.) and rumors of a US based studio. I have no doubt they are on their way to being one of the best online casino programs available once these features are implemented.
I been playing spinquest for a lil but I never verified i went to redeem and completed the kyc but for some reason it failed. They locked my account and said it will stay locked. Thats wrong and bad business because im not trying to do anything shady or nothing I can prove I am who I am but they weren't hearing it. They have a small selection of games anyway. Thats how I always test a online sweepstakes casino, upon my first redemption if they try every thing in the book to not fulfill redemption then they a waste of time. The funny thing is I gamble over 5 grand a week they can keep their measly 100 dollars if you would have played fair i would have trusted to deposit some big money its your loss.
I am overall a winning player on their website. I enjoy it a lot actually except for the fact that all the youtubers promoted it for craps then its not even available in like 10 states that can play SQ. Here is the 1 star reason; This site without a doubt has magnetized their new bubble craps that was recently released. You can call me a looney or whatever but go watch it for yourself. Please tell me those are normal dice bouncing lmao. The bj is good and honestly feels completely normal other than the dumb players that mess the tables up. Otherwise f this site.
Here my honest take so far - Game selection is somewhat limited, but they have the providers I like (Mainly No Limit). RTP is maxed out so if anyone complains about RTP on here, they clearly don’t understand how it works. My one issue is redemptions. The first redemption must be done via ACH to “verify” the payment method. This doesn’t make any sense and so far it’s been sitting as pending for the last 2 days. I spoke with support and they claim it’s all handled by the ACH network and they have no control over how long it takes. It seems suspect so far, and if the transaction doesn’t go through soon I am going to start to worry. Too many of these sites will hold your redemption for weeks sometimes, and the tactic is to get you to cancel so you’ll play and lose it. We’ll see happens . It seems senseless to force a painstakingly long ACH process for your first redemption, but they claim it’s a 1 time thing and will take 1-3 business days . We are on business day 1 (Actual day 2). I will update this review with what happens next.
Stay far away. For more than one reason, they claim they have high rtp, but I don’t buy it, I play almost every sc casino known to exist and by far, spin quest has taken more of my money than any of them. Chasing losses is my fault, but it feels illegal the amount of times I get washed. Then, right when you’re about to give up, they throw a win in there. Idk, I guess try it out and let me know your experience. What I will say is absolutely DO NOT REFER ANYONE to this site. They won’t pay you and every time I try to ask about it, it’s “coming soon”. It’s been coming soon for MONTHS. How hard could this task be to accomplish? Every other casino I play had a referral system in place before going live. Nope they just dangle a carrot in front of you. I’d spend your hard earned money elsewhere. The ONLY good thing I can say is that redemptions are instant and 50sc min for redeeming. Likely I have poured so much money into here.
