Double charged me on my transaction. Makes you play through your deposit to withdraw but funny thing is… I played through my deposit and it’s still saying I need to play through blank number to withdraw. I add $20. Played through it… it said $21 left to play through after I play the $20. It took off $4 of play through. I also never received my withdrawal.

This casino is an absolute joke. The casino they use to do live cards is a scam. I mainly play baccarat. Let me tell you. I have been playing baccarat for 30 years. I have never in my life seen so many shoes that just go the players way and are dominated by the player. That is not realistic at all. Long term the banker always has a higher percentage to win that’s why the 5 % commision. Also evetytime you will be up on banker with like a 5-3 and the player gets a 5 or 6 almost 9 out of 10 times. Tgat not realistic. I’ve sat there and watched some of there shoes for days and there player dominated shoes are like 80% of the day in a 24 hour period. I’ve never seen a real casino with that many player shoes. Somebody needs to look into this casino they use out of Eastern Europe. That’s all they will tell you where they are. It is the worst casino I’ve ever dealt with. It just does not make since. I will never put another $1 onto my account for Spinquest, I deleted my account. Please be careful if you decide to play with this casino. I’ve heard bad things about all there live games from bj to craps, roulette. It’s just seems like it’s not all legal, like the odds are too much in there favor. Stay far far away from this casino.
Beware. They are very scammy and they double charged me and I reached out to support and they wouldn’t give me my money back or make it right so I have to now do a chargeback with my bank. Essentially, this site is disreputable and there are way better casinos that are legit and fair and that have standards and better RTP. Just watch them.
I’ve been messing around on SQ for a few months now and I got to say with the addition of the new bubble craps i don’t know how any other site can top it soon. Unfortunately we lost pragmatic all over the us ( no fault to SQ ) but with the constant updates and addition of games they will soon take over!
