Made it to 100 sc to redeem. Put it to redeem on 2-11 and 1st reedem has to be ach for some reason it's now 2-15 and still pending. I've spoken to chst and like others have stayed they claim issues with payment processor and wouldn't do anything about it. Maybe if that is the case then allow 1st one to debit card if issues are going on will update rating if they make it right
Don’t listen to anyone giving negative reviews here. I’ve deposited to SpinQuest so many times now and redeemed every single time. Last night I won $400 on a .50 spin on Queen of the Sun. They are legit. They pay. They offer good deposit bonuses and $1 per day free, and it’s a standard 1x playthrough. Not like the grimey casinos on their last leg trying to cash grab by putting a crazy rollover without telling you.
SpinQuest gives a generous 1 SC a day. They have a fair redemption minimum of 50 SC. There is a 3X playthru. When they had Pragmatic Play games I’d spend my SC on those and I never managed to qualify for a redemption. Months after signing up I found this game with a consistent 90% RTP. That game doesn’t load anymore but it’s not just an issue on SpinQuest. The same game stopped working on every social casino so I assume it’s either my location or the provider. I hear what some of the other reviews are saying about the RTP. I don’t feel like RPT is worse on SpinQuest than on other social casinos. It’s the 3X playthru. A lot of games on social casinos feel like they have 50% RTP if you’re lucky. I was going through the motions the other night, just betting dimes. I didn’t imagine I’d win anything significant. I was shocked when the game I was playing hit a jackpot. And I was worried SpinQuest would invent a reason to deny my request. So i thought I'd give the site a chance like i do all new sweep casinos as they come out. Registered an account, completed the KYC verification without issues and made a couple first purchases . If a site expects anything more out of me they need to make a good first impression.
First thing i noticed was the slot collection wasn't the greatest. Most of the providers whose slots I'm familiar with and like to play were lacking. Hacksaw which is flat out criminal in my opinion, 3 oaks which used to be pretty good but now is just trash and not worth playing. Playson their all hit of all miss and pretty risky unless you got a large bank roll to gamble away.
I played the slots they had that i was familiar with and managed to get up a little to a certain point,but from there it was just a continuous decline no matter the slot or maker. Bonuses seemed near impossible to trigger, FS were rare. Also on a couple slots i know well had more blank spins that any site i have played them on.. thats usually a dead giveaway their feeding you a low RTP option of that slot.
After it was all done and over, i doubt ill be purchasing their anymore. Seen all i needed to. As an experienced and avid player it dont take long assessing the probability of winning and or the lack of. I'll say i wasn't't impressed and leave it at that. Oh did I mention that their staff is professional and really knows how to give five star customer service, as akin to some of the platforms out there that just pass you off as quick as possible, I believe his name was Colin or Griffin not sure- (I should have written it down) But Im sure they all are equally as cool and levelheaded. After having identity theft happen, he knew exactly what to do and offered up the easiest way to secure my identity and coins. WAY TO GO spinquest, you guys ROCK!
