I received my bonsai from spirit of Japan within 2weeks it arrived in great condition only lost 2 leaves on the trip but in a few days it was sprouting more growth I love it and all information is given on how to look after its health they are also very good on replying to your messages unlike other places who never reply definitely recommended

Quality

From ordering to arriving it was great. It did take a while to arrive but the tree is quality and sprung into life very quickly and within a few weeks I had 6 blossoms on her that have bloomed and look lovely. A memorial tree to a special dog we lost in January and I’m sure Kensi has allot to do with this little tree coming to life so quickly.

I’m very happy. I wondered when delivery would be, and they responded immediately. My bonsai looks exactly like the one shown on the website. I couldn’t be happier..and I can’t wait to purchase another!

False Advertising

I ordered what was advertised as a ‘fully grown’ and mature bonsai. Received a pre-bonsai tree which has had no grooming and contained no leaves after the shipping process. The company does not offer refunds or exchanges for bonsai, which is not made clear in advance. Packages allegedly come from China but don’t include any customs markings. Very shady.

Maple Bonsai from Spirit Of Japan

My order arrived yesterday and only took 13 days to get here (Melbourne Australia) It was expertly packed and arrived in beautiful condition with no leaves lost (Maple) and with beautiful green moss. After following the watering instructions and leaving the tree to rehydrate itself overnight, today its has started to unfold and looks magnificent. Originally I was hesitant in ordering but thought I’d give it a go as a Xmas present to myself and now I seriously can’t wait to order another at this weeks end. I found Spirit Of Japan to be absolute legends and during the process my one email was treated quickly with all the information I needed. 10/10 for me and will order again for myself and as presents for friends and family.

Awesome Product came in a cushioned…

Awesome Product came in a cushioned package, arrived beautifully even in our little mailbox(standard postal box, not the parcel box.) Damp green and vibrant , even though they are currently dormant.I ordered a Wisteriaand a Sakura.Instructions are online in confirmation email.I forgot what I ordered but they replied immediately to my chat.

I purchased 2 grown bonsai trees in…

I purchased 2 grown bonsai trees in early Dec for Christmas presents. Both were in good shape it seemed when received; however, both have failed to produce any buds on the trunk. Directions and watering were followed to a T. Very disappointed and a waste of money at almost $90 a piece.

My new journey of bonsai’s

I received my 3 bonsai’s today and I am totally pleased with the health of my trees. They were packaged to withstand any kind of shipping company. I am so satisfied with the customer service at Spirit of Japan. I emailed them & within minutes they responded. I am so excited to start my journey of bonsai’s!!
