If living anywhere other than France do not use this company. I ordered replacement insects for my house shoes, selecting the same size as what was on my original insects and what was sent to my said it was the same but was to large for my shoes. After sending an email to the company they said they sent me the correct item and I can return on my own cost for a full refund. It would have cost me over $50 to return the items so my husband took a cutting tool to them. Though they are not perfect they do now fit into my shoe.
Can't be that after sending an incomplete order, you are informed that 1/3 of the parts were not available. I did get money back for the missing items, but with shipping costs of €10, the order with the significantly fewer items was no longer worth it. I would have liked to have had the option of withdrawing from the purchase contract, as it could only be partially fulfilled. Of course, there was no reply to a complaint.
