He's very happy with how comfortable they are. I really like the color, and they match perfectly with elasticated ankle trousers. I'm very satisfied with my purchase.
I would give no star at all if I could. I ordered a pair of winter boots a month ago and they promised a 2-3 day delivery. Unfortunately, the parcel never arrived. It’s unbelievable that I sent six emails and received absolutely no response! I have no boots, no money—this is a disgraceful service along with the delivery company they use. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!
10 days after ordering and still not delivered. The delivery service is the worst I've encountered. Now it's been 20 days since I ordered and despite sending three emails, I've received no reply. The customer service is just as disappointing.
I ordered boots on December 1st and had no updates regarding shipping for a while. Three days ago, I received an email stating that due to Black Friday and technical issues, they realized they don’t have the boots available and that cancellation and refund would occur within 24 hours. I have yet to hear anything about cancellation or refund.
Great boots—comfortable from the start with no need to break them in. This is my seventh pair! The only downside is the shipping time to the UK, which is relatively long. I ordered on December 11th and received them on the 19th, taking about 8 days. I love these boots, but if you need them quickly, consider a retailer that offers express shipping.
