I truly wish I could give negative stars. I regret not discovering this platform before placing my order, as I, like many others, fell victim to a scam. My package was supposedly delivered, but it ended up in a completely different city, not mine! There’s no refund, no way to contact them, and no response. I've had to initiate a dispute with my credit card.
I have never encountered such poor service. I placed an order a month ago, and it states that my package has been delivered, but not to an address I recognize. I've attempted to reach out via email, but that hasn't been successful. I urgently need a refund!

It seems I’ve been scammed. The tracking number shows it was delivered on December 16, but today is December 21 and nothing has arrived. I ordered the same dress from another seller that didn’t fit, and this seller’s item never showed up. Their support email was undeliverable. I’m really upset.
SCAM!!! Avoid this seller! I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing two items! I received a tracking number, but after a month of waiting, they claimed it was in transit within the country. Then the tracking indicated it was delivered to an unfamiliar city. They stopped responding to my emails, and I can't access their website anymore. I’m out $100. Hopefully, this review prevents someone else from being scammed!
This is total scam!!! Do not trust this website. My package shows as delivered, but I never received anything. Delivery was to a mailbox in a different area. I contacted the postal service, and they confirmed no delivery occurred there. They provide a fake tracking number to soothe you! I’ve opened a dispute with my bank to recover my money. I hope to get it back!
TOTAL SCAM! I’ve reported this multiple times, so why is this seller still active? They scammed me out of £48, claiming it was delivered five hours away from me. They have no live chat or contact number, and they blocked my email. I attempted to reach them through a different email, and it went through fine! I’m lucky I informed my bank via their app, and they refunded me immediately. How can these people be so heartless?
