Fantastic app, really user-friendly and easy to use. I over my account when they were offering an amazing interest rate, however they have now loaded it. I have got a higher rate paying account elsewhere, however I was still retain money in Spring because of its ease of use and clear information. It doesn’t bombard you with a bit of useless information, the app allows you to select the information you want to see.

Very easy to set up. Easy manage via app. Like indication of how much interest has been earned to date. I find the "linked account" a bit restrictive in that it's the only source to deposit from.

Setting up this savings account is a breeze!

Establishing this savings account was very simple, and everything appears easy to navigate. It's also beneficial to see a daily breakdown of the interest being accrued. I would certainly suggest this service, as long as they don't begin lowering the interest rate after a few months like some other accounts do – fingers crossed!

Outstanding support that is quick and effective. I appreciate the layout of the application; however, the only drawback is that you can only assign names to your 'pots' and not to the account names themselves.

Difficulties with account opening process

The account opening process was frustratingly slow and overly bureaucratic. Relying on another agency for identification made things even more cumbersome. I will assess the account management experience, but if it doesn't improve, I may have to part ways. I adjusted my feedback due to the phrasing. The duration from application to account opening was excessive. I understand the season might affect this, but overall, it was not a satisfactory experience.
