Review Time
I have just been asked to verify again, for the 3rd time after completing my 2nd verification only 10 days ago and completing several successful off-ramps. This repeated verification seems excessive. I've already provided sensitive information including a live selfie and bank records, and I'm concerned about what's happening with this data and why it seems to be missing from their systems. At a minimum, they should be keeping this sensitive information secure. When I ask for an explanation, they simply apologize and ask me to complete the verification again without providing any substantive answers.Poor management of data and customer support.
What a joke! It says to complete 3 steps to get $25 within 72 hours of signing up. 1st step is to sign up 2nd step get verified, and the last step is to fund a spritz finance card. Here's the joke as soon as go to the page it says: "We've temporarily disabled the cards due to an issue with our provider. We're actively working to restore access soon. Contact support for any questions."So messed up.
I Joined awhile back2024 but haven’t used it, just waiting for the cryptoMarket to boom, then I checked the reviews, just recently , they’ve been having problems with third party card issuers for whatever reason. So I gave 3 stars just for the platform,It reminds me of Juno app which shut down yesterday which is a smart finance with crypto, had a problem with the banks. During the meantime I will wait when things start smoothing out. I have alternatives. I will be using Caleb & Brown in the meantime, or the “Current “ app. Hopefully the Spritz app will be resolved .
This is the message each time I log into my account: "Cards temporarily frozen. Our card partner has temporarily frozen the cards due to fraudulent activity. Your funds are safe, but loading, spending, and withdrawals are temporarily disabled. Contact support for any questions."It's been several weeks. This seems to be more than a "temporary" problem.
They are fine until something happens. So be careful or stay away completely. They are extremely incompetent in dealing with issues. I have gotten the run around for almost two months. They lost my utility payment. They keep emailing me that they will get back to me after they "talk to their partners" EVERY time I ask for an update. And this is for a utility bill. I will not trust this company with anything larger. Glad I started small. Stay far away.
